We do not intentionally store full card details in the Touchdown Dispatch booking system.

We use personal information to provide quotations, arrange and manage journeys, contact passengers and bookers, allocate drivers, monitor flights where requested, issue confirmations and receipts, administer corporate accounts, prevent misuse, keep business records and meet legal obligations.

Our lawful bases

Relevant journey details may be shared with assigned drivers, authorised corporate contacts, website and email service providers, payment providers, professional advisers, insurers, regulators or law-enforcement bodies where reasonably necessary. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for service delivery, customer support, accounting, insurance, dispute handling and legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
